Crystal, the $1/1 can't be combined with the $2/10. They might let you do it, but it is written on the bottom of the coupon that you can't. But, I did a different deal yesterday.

The boxes generally have about three times as many diapers as the smaller bags. I also have the 20% discount, so I only paid $9.99 for 60 diapers. Yay!
